What You’ll Be Doing:
- Follow up on warm leads provided by the team
- Educate and guide clients through the home buying process
- Conduct property searches, showings, and negotiations
- Use systems, scripts, and training to build a scalable, consistent business
- Participate in check-ins and coaching to hit personal and team goals
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Passionate about helping people and delivering exceptional service
- Eager to learn, grow, and stay accountable
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Able to manage your time and tasks effectively
- Entrepreneurial mindset—you want to build your own business with team support
- Located in (or relocating to) New Jersey—Somerset, Union County, or nearby preferred
- High school diploma (minimum) and at least 18 years old
A New Jersey real estate license is required to conduct transactions, but you can begin training with us while completing licensing.
