Prosperity Placement Solutions is partnering with a highly respected, family-owned skilled nursing facility seeking an experienced and compassionate Weekend Night Charge Nurse (RN) to join their team.

Schedule
- Friday, Saturday & Sunday
- 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM
- 12-Hour Night Shifts
- Work 36 Hours, Get Paid for 40

Responsibilities
- Supervise and support nursing staff during weekend night shifts
- Ensure high-quality resident care and regulatory compliance
- Coordinate clinical services and respond to resident needs
- Serve as a clinical leader and resource for the nursing team
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary staff to promote positive resident outcomes
Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Previous long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred
- Charge Nurse experience preferred
- Strong leadership, communication, and clinical assessment skills
- Dependable, compassionate, and resident-focused
- Ability to thrive in a team-oriented environment
