Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities (Other duties may be assigned):

• Clean and maintain public areas, such as the lobby and restrooms, while assisting with guest room setup
• Check the designated areas throughout the day to assess their general condition, including guest bathrooms, the fitness center, the lobby, the bridge, the hotel entrance, pool restrooms, employees' restrooms, and locker rooms
• Support room attendants by delivering necessary supplies and linens to guest rooms, helping streamline the cleaning process
• Replenish lobby towels, tissue, toilet paper, toilet seat covers, and soap dispensers accordingly throughout the day
• Occasionally helps deliver linen to storage
• Clean all mirrors
• Sweep and maintain the hotel's main entrance and the hotel’s entrance signs
• Wipe down all basins, dispensers in bathroom, clean and sanitize toilets, and wipe down counter tops
• Ensure all necessary housekeeping supplies, such as toiletries, cleaning agents, and linens, are stocked and replaced as needed to support the housekeeping team
• Safely and efficiently operate cleaning equipment, such as vacuum cleaners and floor polishers, following standard operating procedures to maintain cleanliness standards
• Identify any maintenance issues or damages in hotel areas and report them promptly to the appropriate department for timely resolution
• Promptly attend to and resolve any guest requests related to housekeeping services, ensuring high levels of guest satisfaction
• Assist in delivering linens and supplies to storage areas, room attendants, ensuring they are organized and ready for use
• Follow all safety and security protocols to maintain a safe working environment for guests and colleagues
• Work closely with team members to achieve departmental goals and deliver exceptional laundry services
• Maintain hotel standards by managing housekeeping tasks to meet guest expectations, which includes handling lost and found items and ensuring the privacy and security of guest belongings
• Follow environmentally friendly practices and procedures to contribute to the hotel's sustainability initiatives

• Attends hotel and department meetings and other functions required by management
• Communicates all pertinent information to Housekeeping Supervisor and/or Executive Housekeeper
• Must be available to work weekends and holidays
• Arrives to work on time, ready to clock in, in a clean/pressed uniform and non-slip shoes
• Must maintain high standards of personal appearance and grooming
• Wears name tag at all times when at work
• Must be attentive, courteous and efficient at all times when dealing with the guests and co-workers

Qualifications Requirements:
• A minimum of 1 year of progressive experience in hotel housekeeping
• Minimum age requirement of 18 years
