Your role in our missionThe Product Manager is responsible for the strategy, product planning and execution throughout the product lifecycle, including: defining the product vision, gathering and prioritizing product requirements, and working closely with engineering, design, marketing, and operations to ensure revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met.How you'll make an impactPartner with product leadership to build a vision, strategy, and multi-year product roadmapBreak vision into phases, prioritize and drive backlogs for launch with your dedicated engineering teamsDevelop a deep understanding of our customers’ & partners’ problemsUse data and analysis to drive your understanding of customers and to build and iterate on productsDrive disruptive innovative solutions in a customer-centric environmentEstablish product delivery timelines in close collaboration with the development team, leading in a fast-paced agile environmentWork with internal stakeholders from technology, marketing, legal, operations, and executive management to translate business needs into product requirementsWork with a distributed team of designers, researchers, engineers, testers and subject matter experts to scope, design, test and build new products and product featuresMonitor and understand the key metrics governing your product area, with an eye toward continuously improving them through ongoing product innovationWork with engineering and data science to analyze data and conduct experiments (A/B tests) in order to optimize the product in pursuit of an improved customer experience and business metricsLead and resolve questions and conflicts across organizational stakeholders, keeping stakeholders updated on project progress and trade-offsSkills that will help you thrive3-5 years of relevant product management experience, financial services and credit card product experience is a plusBachelor’s degree is requiredDemonstrated success defining and launching excellent consumer facing productsAbility to keep in mind the strategic big picture while maintaining a grasp on the details of your productProven ability to dive deeply into specific functional areas and learn a domainProven ability to innovate and come up with ideas to help drive the product forwardProven ability to understand the business and engineering sides and get into technical detailAbility to assume a strong sense of responsibility and ownership in a fast-paced environmentExcellent project management skills - delivery and action oriented with the ability to handle changing tasks, priorities, and adapt quicklySuperior communication skills, able to adapt style and collaborate well with diverse stakeholders and team membersWhat we offerThe opportunity to collaborate with a team of creative, fun, and driven colleagues on products that have an immediate and significant impact on people's livesThe opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment with experienced industry leadersFlexible time off, comprehensive health coverage, competitive salary, paid parental leaveWellness benefits including access to mental health resources, virtual HIIT and yoga workoutsA bevy of other perks including Udemy access, childcare assistance, pet insurance discounts, legal assistance, and additional discountsCompensation details: The salary for this position is $149,000 - $188,000 annually, plus bonus and generous benefits.
