AI Product Academy offers live, cohort-based courses and certifications focused on AI Product Management, including specialized programs like the AI Product Bootcamp, Advanced AI Product Management, and workshops on generative AI. The Academy is dedicated to developing a new generation of AI product leaders who can thrive in the quickly evolving AI ecosystem. Programs are designed to equip participants with practical and actionable AI skills to succeed as startup founders or AI product managers in the industry. Led by Dr. Marily Nika and other Silicon Valley experts, the Academy provides hands-on learning experiences tailored to build technical and leadership expertise in AI Product Management.

Role Description

The Community Manager will be responsible for engaging with and fostering a supportive, vibrant community of current and future AI product leaders. Daily responsibilities include creating and managing content, interacting with the community to address questions, organizing community events, monitoring and growing social media presence, and building strong relationships with stakeholders such as students, alumni, and instructors. The role also involves collecting feedback to continuously improve community experiences. This is a full-time, on-site role based in San Francisco, CA.

Qualifications
  • Community management skills, including engaging users, moderating discussions, and building strong connections
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Event planning and coordination expertise, including scheduling and executing community events
  • Social media management skills to grow online presence, brand awareness, and community engagement
  • Familiarity with AI and tech product management is a plus
  • Ability to collect and analyze feedback to drive continuous improvement of community offerings
  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
  • Proactive attitude, with the ability to work collaboratively and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment
