Prosper Portland is hiring a Senior Human Resources Business Partner to help strengthen the full employee lifecycle and support an inclusive, service-oriented, and high-performing workplace.
This is a senior-level HR role for someone who enjoys both strategic partnership and hands-on HR work. The Senior HRBP will partner with leaders, managers, employees, candidates, and external partners across the agency to deliver practical, consistent, and people-centered HR support.
Key Focus Areas
· Recruitment, selection, and candidate experience
· Onboarding, new employee integration, and retention
· Agencywide employee engagement, recognition, and culture-building
· Benefits management and total rewards support
· Training, development, and manager support
· Leave administration, ADA, and accommodation processes
· HR operations, compliance, systems, and continuous improvement
This role is ideal for an experienced HR professional who brings sound judgment, strong follow-through, a consultative approach, and the ability to balance compliance, service, and people-centered problem solving.
The Senior HRBP will play an important role in building trusted relationships, improving HR systems and processes, supporting managers, and helping employees feel welcomed, informed, and supported throughout their experience with Prosper Portland.
