We are seeking a driven Insurance Sales Manager to lead new business growth and strengthen client relationships. This hybrid remote position offers the flexibility of working from home while maintaining meaningful in-person connections with clients and colleagues. The ideal candidate is a self-motivated sales professional who combines strong relationship-building skills with deep knowledge of insurance solutions.
- $45,000 base salary with expected first year earnings of $60,000 to $80,000

Requirements
- Active P&C license required and L&H license is a plus
- Prior commerical insurance sales experience required
- Proven ability to build rapport and maintain long-term client relationships
- Strong persuasion, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Comfortable using technology and learning insurance coverage and underwriting guidelines
Responsibilities
- Develop new business through prospecting, networking, and lead generation
- Offer expert P&C and L&H policy recommendations tailored to client needs
- Cross-sell and round out accounts by identifying additional areas of risk
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through excellent service
- Manage and support administrative assistance for policy servicing
- Review and refine sales processes to enhance client interactions and improve efficiency
