Responsibilities
Build and lead a successful service advisor team by training and motivating the service advisors
- Call customers to discuss and sell declined work
- Resolve customer conflicts quickly, fully, and professionally
- Focus on key service department sales metrics such as chemical sales, hours pre repair order, ELR and others as needed to grow department operating profit
- Drive CSI scores and overall survey returns
- Enforce dealership safety and security protocols
- At least 2 years of experience in automotive service management IS A MUST!
- Track record of success in service advising prior to management position entry
- Ability to oversee several processes simultaneously
- Fluency in CDK is required. Knowledge of FMC Dealer and X-time preferred
- A valid US driver’s license
- Proficiency in MS Office and dealership management software
