Responsibilities
- Build and lead a successful sales team by recruiting, training, and motivating sales professionals
- Ensure customer satisfaction throughout the sales process
- Focus on Traffic Management and setting appointments for your team
- Take turns and close deals
- Prepare and present sales reports to upper management
- Enforce dealership safety and security protocols
- At least 2 years’ experience in automotive sales IS A MUST!
- Track record of success in sales and excellent customer service
- Ability to oversee several processes simultaneously
- Ability to maintain a high sense of urgency
- A valid US driver’s license
- Knowledge of the local automobile marketplace
- Proficiency in MS Office and dealership management software
