Responsibilities / Duties

• Clear and honest communication.
• Eat what you kill rotation: Finance closes deals on the floor.
• Must be able to build value and sell the products- Blow backs are charged back doubled
  
  
  

Follow-up with customers after the sale to ensure satisfaction and reiterate CSI survey

• Manage CIT to ensure all deals are funded within 72hrs
• Participate in daily training with the sales staff

Qualifications

Available to work flexible hours and weekends

• Minimum 2yrs finance experience at a Franchise Dealership
• Capable of reading credit and submitting/rehashing deals to get approvals
