What are the responsibilities and job description for the Dietitian position at Prospector's Cook House?
We currently own a restaurant and want to work toward a small spin-off of creating healthy foods/meals for those with specific dietary needs. We will create a new menu, based of a variety of dietary needs, label everything with sugars, proteins, carbs, etc. In a perfect world our dietitian would also cook the meals, but we may have to do a consultant and cook combo.
