Audio Video Integration is a family-owned, premier provider of cutting-edge A/V, home automation, and intelligent technology solutions for luxury homes and commercial spaces. Our team integrates the best in high-fidelity sound, home theater systems, automated shades, surveillance, whole-house music, and more — all customized to meet our clients' exacting standards. We've been a staple in the Marin community since 2014, recently celebrating 10 Years in business.

We work with top-tier brands including D'Agostino, McIntosh, Magico, Sonos, JL Audio, Burmester, Innuos, Paradigm, and many others to deliver world-class technology that enhances the way people live, work, and entertain.

Our ideal candidate will have familiarity with the above brands, and feels comfortable giving demonstrations of the capabilities of our products.

Position: A/V Showroom Sales Associate (Full-Time)

Location: San Rafael, CA

Responsibilities:

• Create sales proposals for customers via correspondence by phone, email, and in-person appointments.
• Establish working relationships with designers, builders, architects, and dealers.
• Consult customers who call the store for sales and information, and greet walk-in clients.
• Demo products for customers utilizing our luxury showrooms, creating an immersive experience.
• Manage relationships through CRM documentation and complete post-sale customer follow-up.
• General responsibility for store upkeep.
  
  
  

Qualifications:

• Proven track record in sales, preferably in high-end A/V, smart home technologies, or related industries.
• Familiarity with Quickbooks, Outlook, and Google Drive (D-Tools is a huge plus!)
• A strong passion for high-end audio gear and a deep interest in music and sound technology.
• In-depth knowledge or willingness to learn about high-fidelity stereo systems, home theater setups, and advanced audio equipment.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to connect with a diverse clientele.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Strong organizational skills and a results-driven mindset.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must be willing to commute to San Rafael location 5 days a week.
