ProSource of Daytona Beach is seeking a professional, energetic, and customer-focused Receptionist / Showroom Coordinator to become the first impression of our showroom. This position plays a critical role in creating an exceptional experience for our members, their clients, and our vendor partners.

Responsibilities
- Greet members, homeowners, contractors, designers, and vendor partners in a professional and welcoming manner
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls
- Schedule appointments and assist with showroom traffic management
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area
- Assist Account Managers and Designers with administrative tasks
- Process incoming mail, deliveries, and showroom correspondence
- Maintain customer records and update databases as needed
- Support showroom events, promotions, and member activities
- Coordinate office supplies and general administrative needs
- Perform other duties as assigned by showroom management
Qualifications
- Previous receptionist, administrative assistant, customer service, or office support experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Ability to work independently while supporting a team environment
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
