PeopleSource is looking for an experienced Staffing Branch Manager / Market Leader to launch and grow our Orlando, FL market from the ground up.
This is not a "maintain the status quo" role. This is a builder's role — for someone who thrives on hunting new business, placing great workers, and creating something from scratch.
What we're looking for: ✅ 5 years of staffing industry experience — specifically in light industrial, construction, or skilled trades ✅ Proven business development and account management track record ✅ Experience running or growing a branch, market, or P&L ✅ Comfortable operating independently in a startup environment ✅ Multi-market or multi-branch experience a strong plus ✅ Florida market knowledge preferred
