ProSource People is seeking an experienced Dispatch Coordinator to support daily port operations and provide exceptional service to customers and drivers. This role is responsible for coordinating port pickups, deliveries, and empty returns while ensuring smooth communication and efficient operations.
Key Responsibilities:
✔ Coordinate port pickups, deliveries, and empty returns
✔ Communicate with customers, drivers, and internal teams
✔ Track updates, requests, and customer interactions
✔ Resolve issues quickly while maintaining excellent service
✔ Adjust schedules and priorities based on operational needs
✔ Identify opportunities for process improvements
Qualifications:
✔ Experience with Port of Houston operations preferred
✔ Lynx software experience required
✔ Profit Tools experience a plus
✔ Strong communication and organizational skills
✔ Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
✔ Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
