Unarmed Security Officer - 3rd & 2nd Shift - Full Time

Job Overview:

Prosegur Security is seeking highly professional and customer service–focused Mobile Patrol Officers for a premier client site in Fremont, CA. This position involves conducting regular vehicle patrols to monitor and secure client properties while providing excellent Customer Service. Officers must balance strong customer interaction skills with the ability to confidently operate security technology and maintain a professional appearance, including proper uniform wear as outlined in company grooming standards — such as tucked shirts, neat attire, and overall presentation.

Shift Schedule(s):

Wednesday (12am – 8am) & Thursday – Sunday (4pm-12am)

Job Responsibilities and Duties:

• Provide outstanding customer service while maintaining a safe and secure environment for employees, visitors, and property.
• Safely operate a patrol vehicle while conducting regular exterior patrols to deter and detect safety hazards or security risks.
• Perform thorough and accurate exterior patrols of designated outdoor areas in accordance with established schedules, maintaining heightened situational awareness and promptly addressing any irregularities or safety concerns.
• Accurately document incidents, patrol logs, and vehicle activity reports.
• Respond to alarms, radio calls, and electronic alerts with urgency and professionalism.
• Obey all traffic laws while operating company motor vehicle
• Initiate escalation and notification procedures when necessary.
• Collaborate with other security team members and site leadership to resolve incidents and ensure operational continuity.
• Always maintain a professional and service-oriented demeanor when assisting employees, visitors, and contractors.

Qualifications:

• Must have a valid California Security Guard License.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Exceptional customer service skills are absolutely required.
• Minimum 1 year of security experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Ability to stay calm and think clearly during emergencies or high-pressure situations.
