Position Overview

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Technology Coordinator for a short-term technology inventory project. This role involves visiting multiple locations to identify, inventory, and document network printers and related equipment. The ideal candidate is organized, comfortable working independently, and has intermediate computer and troubleshooting skills.

This is a fast-paced project requiring accuracy, efficiency, and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

• Travel to designated client sites in Eau Claire, WI to complete printer inventory tasks
• Locate and identify printers and print devices throughout facilities
• Print printer configuration pages from devices
• Scan and digitally store configuration documents according to project procedures
• Record inventory information accurately in spreadsheets or inventory systems
• Ensure collected data is organized and complete
• Communicate project progress and issues to project management
• Follow site-specific security and operational procedures

Qualifications

Required

• Intermediate computer and technical skills
• Ability to navigate printer menus and basic network/device settings
• Experience using scanners, spreadsheets, and file storage systems
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
• Must be available to start immediately

Preferred

• Previous IT support, technology deployment, or inventory experience
• Familiarity with printers, copiers, or networked devices
• Experience working in a professional setting

Work Schedule

• Full-time temporary assignment, 40hrs/wk.
• Expected duration: 5–8 weeks
• Standard daytime business hours, Monday through Friday, with possible flexibility based on site requirements
