Key Responsibilities:
- Product Strategy & Vision: Develop and communicate a clear product vision and strategy that aligns with ProScore’s business goals and market opportunities.
- Roadmap Development: Create and maintain a product roadmap that prioritizes features and enhancements based on customer needs, market trends, and business objectives.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to ensure alignment and successful execution of product initiatives.
- Market & User Research: Conduct market research, user interviews, and competitive analysis to gather insights and validate product concepts.
- Product Lifecycle Management: Manage the entire product lifecycle, from ideation to launch, including defining requirements, setting priorities, and ensuring timely delivery.
- AI & Compliance Expertise: Leverage your understanding of AI technologies and compliance requirements to drive innovation and ensure that the product meets the highest standards of accuracy, security, and regulatory compliance.
- Customer Engagement: Act as the voice of the customer, ensuring that product decisions are informed by customer feedback and that the product delivers exceptional value.
- Performance Metrics: Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of the product and drive continuous improvement.
- Stakeholder Communication: Regularly update internal and external stakeholders on product progress, milestones, and future plans.
- Experience: 7 years of product management experience, with a strong track record of delivering successful SaaS products. Experience in RegTech, FinTech, or compliance-related industries is highly desirable.
- Technical Background: Strong understanding of AI technologies, data analytics, and cloud-based platforms. Ability to work closely with engineering teams to define technical requirements.
- Compliance Knowledge: Deep understanding of workforce compliance regulations, including the Inflation Reduction Act (IRA), DOL guidelines, and other relevant frameworks.
- Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive product initiatives from concept to completion.
- Analytical Thinking: Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
- Customer Focus: Passion for understanding customer needs and delivering products that solve real problems and create value.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Business, Engineering). MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
