Key Responsibilities
- Client Management:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the implementation lifecycle.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and trust.
- Manage client expectations and address any concerns proactively.
- Project Planning & Execution:
- Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
- Oversee all phases of implementation, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, including Product, Engineering, and Customer Success, to ensure seamless execution.
- Communication:
- Facilitate regular status meetings with clients and internal teams, providing updates on progress, risks, and next steps.
- Document and communicate project requirements, scope changes, and deliverables clearly.
- Create and deliver project reports and presentations tailored to client and stakeholder needs.
- Problem-Solving & Risk Management:
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
- Resolve project issues promptly and effectively, escalating when necessary.
- Process Improvement:
- Evaluate implementation processes and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and client satisfaction.
- Contribute to the development of best practices and implementation playbooks.
- Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, with a focus on SaaS implementations or technology solutions.
- Proven experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously in a client-facing capacity.
- Demonstrated success in delivering projects on time, within scope, and meeting client expectations.
- Skills:
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build positive relationships with clients and internal teams.
- Advanced organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Monday.com) and CRM platforms.
- Knowledge of workforce compliance or related regulatory frameworks is a plus.
- Certifications (Preferred):
- PMP (Project Management Professional) or equivalent certification.
- Agile or Scrum certification is a plus.
