What You'll Do

Lead a landscape construction crew while installing:

• Paver patios, walkways, and driveways
• Retaining walls
• Irrigation systems
• Trees, shrubs, and planting beds
• Decorative rock, mulch, and landscape finishing

You'll be responsible for keeping projects moving efficiently, maintaining high-quality workmanship, ensuring jobsite safety, and providing outstanding customer service.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Landscape Foreman or Crew Leader.
• Experience in landscape construction and irrigation.
• Ability to read plans and manage daily jobsite operations.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to communicate professionally with homeowners, coworkers, and management.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus, but not required.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $32.00 - $37.00 per hour
