We compound products and formulations for medical institutions, physician offices, and 503A pharmacies, with a specialization in producing high-quality products to ensure patients have access to the medications they need during critical shortages.
Description
- Write clear job descriptions or work with current job descriptions to post on really
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements, developing job descriptions if needed
- Monitor job listings on really, pausing or resuming job postings depending on influx of candidates
- Be readily available to candidates that may reach out over email, LinkedIn, or really
- Explore LinkedIn for potential candidates
- Screen resumes to determine best fit candidates
- Conduct phone screenings with candidates deemed fit for the position, gaging their commitment to the role
- Schedule interviews with respective managers and forward resumes for interview preparation
- Work with HR and create clear interview schedules
- Other tasks as assigned
Requirements
- Communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Organization and time management skills
- Ability to work independently
- At least a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or similar major
- Prior Talent Acquisition experience preferred
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $24.00 - $26.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
