What are the responsibilities and job description for the Pharmacy Technician - Compounding position at ProRx?
ProRx is a closed door sterile and non sterile compounding/manufacturing facility. We are looking for experienced and dedicated technicians to join our team.
We are poised for strong growth over the next year and need to bring on successful technicians who are able to fit the ProRx culture and meet production goals without compromising product quality and sterlity.
Job Responsibilities:
1. Preperation and compounding of sterile products
2. Thorough regular cleaning of critical and non critical areas
3. Mastery of aseptic technique and its manipulations
4. Visual inspection of finished product
5. Ability to memorize SOP's and integrate this knowledge into all daily tasks.
6. Ability to tolerate wearing full clean room FDA required garb for up to 5 hours at a time.
7. Ability to arrive on time and work a set schedule Monday through Friday
8. Ability to stand for up to 5 hours and lift up to 25 pounds
9. Ability to complete repetitive movements as required to complete a task.
10. Meticulous documentation of all activities
11. Ability to gain proficiency using company software
Reliable transportation and punctuality are strictly required.
Requirements:
Ability to pass a background check
Ability to pass a drug screening
Certifications:
CPhT preferred, not required
CSPT preferred, not required
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $23.00 - $28.00 per hour
