This is a full-time, on-site role based in Chelmsford, MA, for a Physical Therapist. The Physical Therapist will evaluate and create customized treatment plans for patients with various needs, aiming to restore function, reduce pain, and improve mobility. Responsibilities include performing hands-on therapy techniques, educating patients about recovery processes, monitoring progress, and collaborating with other team members to ensure comprehensive care. Participation in team meetings and maintaining documentation of treatments and progress will also be integral duties.
- Proficiency in evaluating, diagnosing, and developing personalized treatment plans for patients
- Strong hands-on therapy skills with expertise in restoring functionality and managing pain
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively educate and engage with patients, families, and team members
- Licensed or eligible for licensing as a Physical Therapist in the state of Massachusetts
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate patient records and documentation
- Willingness to work on-site, and a commitment to providing patient-centered care
- Experience in private practice or similar healthcare settings is a plus
- Master’s or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution
