Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive evaluations and individualized treatment plans for sports-related and orthopedic injuries
- Design return-to-sport protocols that minimize downtime and optimize performance
- Educate and empower patients on injury prevention and wellness strategies
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including athletic trainers, coaches, and physicians
- Maintain thorough, timely documentation and outcomes tracking
Ideal Candidate:
- Licensed Physical Therapist in Massachusetts (or eligible for licensure)
- Strong interest or experience in sports medicine and orthopedics
- Excellent manual therapy, exercise prescription, and functional movement analysis skills
- Positive, high-energy attitude with a team-first mindset
