Position: Inventory Specialist

Location: Claremore, OK

Pay: Starting at $44,000/year

Experience

• 1–2 years of experience of work-related experience in inventory control or material handling.
• Experience operating forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment.
  
  

Education: High school diploma or equivalent. Associate degree in logistics, supply chain management preferred.

Type: Full-time; Direct Hire

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:30am to 5:00pm

Job Description

• Support production and supply chain operations through accurate inventory control, material tracking, and organized record management.
• Maintain inventory levels and documentation while ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
• Contribute to efficient workflow and operational success through strong attention to detail, problem-solving, and coordination across teams.
  
  

Position Requirements

• Proficiency with computers and inventory management systems.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 50 lbs.
• Professional communication and customer service skills.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills.
• Ability to manage deadlines and multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
