Location: Claremore, OK

Pay: $62,000/year

Experience

• 5 years of experience in aerospace manufacturing, machining, or precision manufacturing

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00am to 4:30pm

ProRecruiters is seeking a Manufacturing Program Manager to join a growing and dynamic team!

Job Description

• Support Program Managers in the daily coordination of aerospace manufacturing programs
• Maintain and update program schedules, trackers, and status reports
• Act as a secondary point of contact for internal teams and assist with customer communications
• Coordinate cross-functional activities between engineering, production, quality, and supply chain
• Track order status, production progress, and delivery commitments to ensure on-time performance
• Assist with contract review documentation, purchase orders, and job travelers
• Monitor and follow up on open action items, including engineering changes (ECOs) and customer requests
• Enter and maintain accurate data in ERP/MRP systems
• Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting notes for program reviews
• Support quoting and new job setup activities as needed
• Assist in identifying potential delays or risks and escalate to the Program Manager
• Ensure documentation is complete and compliant with aerospace quality standards (e.g., AS9100)
  
  

Position Requirements

• Basic understanding of manufacturing processes or CNC machining environments is a plus
• Familiarity with ERP/MRP systems and Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
• Strong organizational, administrative, and leadership skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Effective written and verbal communication
• Team-oriented with strong collaboration skills
• Time management and the ability to meet deadlines
• Problem-solving mindset with willingness to learn
• May require occasional travel to customer sites
