- Supporting CI Inbox/Support.
- Joining CI project trips.
- Coordinating CI network swaps.
- Upgrading standalone Win 10 systems.
- Implementing Opti-Text for garment shops.
- Troubleshooting hardware, software, network, and connectivity issues.
- Coordinating technical staff or vendor service.
- Servicing printers.
- Restoring server and workstation data.
- Reconfiguring LAN resources.
- Setting up network hardware and software.
- Installing and maintaining hardware and software.
- Installing network components to standards.
- Securing approvals for SAP, SCSC, E-mail, Internet, and mainframe installs.
- Installing operating systems, utilities, and network software.
- Modifying group policy.
- Installing, terminating, testing, and maintaining network cabling.
- Transferring user files and programs during upgrades.
- Recommending hardware, software, and integration purchases.
- Gathering user needs and IT requirements.
- Testing system interoperability for migrations.
- Defining, testing, and documenting migration needs.
- Coordinating hardware and software purchases.
- Preparing IT support work statements.
- Applying departmental IT procurement standards.
- Evaluating open systems technologies.
- Analyzing security services and directory services.
- Testing beta products and institutional applications.
