Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the definition and delivery of portfolio, program, and agile management processes within the enterprise PPM tool.
- Leverage PPM business process experience to support configuration and development of PPM modules.
- Collaborate with the PPM tool development team across the SDLC from requirements definition through testing.
- Plan and execute POC, pilot, and rollout activities, then support broader adoption across the enterprise.
- Create and deliver role-specific training, documentation, and tips and tricks to maximize PPM tool usage.
- Support governance committees that assess, approve, and prioritize PPM tool capabilities.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Minimum 10 years of IT project management experience.
- Minimum 3 years of program, portfolio, or agile project management experience.
- Experience with software testing, training delivery, and user guide development.
- High proficiency with Microsoft Project, Visio, and Microsoft Office.
- PMP, PgMP, PfMP, Scrum, SAFe, or ITIL certification.
- ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) experience.
- ServiceNow platform experience.
- This position is authorized to bill up to 37.5 hours per week.
- Candidate must be willing to report onsite in Harrisburg as requested on an as-needed basis.
