What are the responsibilities and job description for the Founding Sales Development Representative position at PropRise (YC S23)?
We're looking for someone hungry to drive our growth. You'll work directly with our CEO to refine and execute our go-to-market strategy. We close 85% of pilots. Your job: book more pilots with hardcore outbound.
We are in-person, 5 days a week.
What You'll Do
We’re growing fast and looking for someone to crush top-of-funnel. You’ll be working alongside the founders to build out a strong GTM motion to bring in new customers and drive revenue.
As we scale, you’ll grow into a leadership role shaped by what you build. Here’s a glimpse of what you will do:
- Full top-of-funnel strategy and execution
- Daily cold calling blitzes to mid-sized to large enterprise commercial real estate investment firms
- Build, experiment, and iterate on multi-channel outbound campaigns (calls first, Linkedin, emails)
- Creating and refining our sales messaging and strategies based on market feedback
- Representing us at industry conferences to build relationships and generate opportunities
Who We're Looking For
- 1.5 years of successful B2B SaaS sales experience
- Proof you've exceeded quota
- Love for cold calling (seriously)
- Experience building your own pipeline without sales support infrastructure
- Experience with modern sales tools (Apollo, LaGrowth Machine, Hubspot)
- Commercial real estate experience is a plus, but not required - we care more about your sales abilities

Compensation
- Base: $70k-$90k
- OTE: $110k-$140k
- Commission: uncapped
