Position Title: IT Infrastructure & Automation Specialist

Location: Dickson, TN

Propper International is seeking an IT Infrastructure & Automation Specialist to support the technology systems within our Dickson, TN distribution center.

This position serves as a key member of the local IT team, responsible for supporting network infrastructure, servers, end-user technologies, warehouse systems, and automation technologies.

The ideal candidate possesses strong IT infrastructure and troubleshooting skills and has an interest in supporting warehouse automation systems as part of a broader IT support role.

Employment Eligibility

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

Required IT Infrastructure Skills

• 3 years of experience supporting enterprise IT infrastructure and end-user technologies.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical problem-solving skills.
• Windows Server administration.
• Active Directory administration.
• Microsoft 365 administration and support.
• TCP/IP networking.
• Wireless networking and access points.
• Network switches, routers, and firewalls.
• Network monitoring and troubleshooting.
• End-user support for desktops, laptops, printers, handheld scanners, and mobile devices.
• Server administration and infrastructure support.
• Cybersecurity best practices, patch management, and access management.
• Basic Linux administration.
• Strong communication, customer service, and vendor management skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Preferred Automation & Warehouse Technology Skills

• Experience supporting warehouse automation, robotics, or material handling systems.
• Experience supporting Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
• Understanding of APIs and system integrations.
• Working knowledge of SQL and log analysis.
• Experience in a distribution, manufacturing, or logistics environment.
• Familiarity with PLCs, sensors, industrial controls, and automation technologies.
