We work with OEMs from development through production to solve complex challenges in radiopacity, electrical performance, and precision coating on small, complex components. Our core capabilities include radiopaque marker coatings, electrode coatings, and selective metallization of polymer and metal components.
We are seeking a Vice President of Business Development to drive strategic growth within the medical device market, with a focus on catheter-based and minimally invasive technologies.
This is a senior individual contributor role focused on developing and closing new business with leading OEMs, while working closely with engineering and operations to bring complex metallization solutions from concept through commercialization.
What You’ll Do
- Develop and convert a pipeline of strategic opportunities with top medical device OEMs
- Engage R&D, engineering, sourcing, and executive stakeholders to win new programs
- Translate technical requirements into manufacturable, scalable solutions
- Lead commercial strategy including positioning, pricing, negotiation, and contract execution
- Drive growth within key accounts while expanding into new applications and customers
- Partner cross-functionally with engineering, operations, and quality teams

What We’re Looking For
- 8–10 years of technical sales experience in medical devices
- Experience selling into catheter-based or minimally invasive technologies
- Proven track record of winning complex, multi-year programs
- Strong ability to engage engineering and executive stakeholders
- Technical aptitude (ability to review drawings and understand manufacturing constraints)

- Location: Minneapolis area preferred
- Travel: ~20–30%
