  Youll help launch and support a culturally respectful program built specifically for the Latino community, working with seniors who truly benefit from consistency, trust, and compassionate care. This is meaningful clinical work in a supportive, team-based environment (not a revolving-door floor nursing role).

  Responsibilities
  • Provide day-to-day nursing oversight, health monitoring, and clinical support for adult day health participants
  • Communicate clearly with participants and families inSpanish(and collaborate with English-speaking internal teams)
  • Document accurately and on time in the EMR (Home Care GPS) and maintain compliant clinical records
  • Support seniors with memory loss and cognitive challenges with patience and professionalism
  • Partner closely with program staff and assist with onboarding/training as needed
  • Maintain compliance with DPH regulations and center policiesCredentials
    • ActiveRegistered Nurse (RN)license (Massachusetts)
    • This site is open to hiring newly licensed RN and RNs with any amount of experienceRequired Qualifications
      • Professional Spanish fluency(able to communicate comfortably with Spanish-speaking participants/families)
      • Experience supporting seniors (adult day health, assisted living, long-term care, home care, etc.)
      • Comfort with EMR systems and basic computer skills
      • Strong documentation habits and ability to manage time in a structured clinical day
