This is a remote, long-term rolefocused on Medicare Enrollment operations. The position involves managing enrollment data, ensuring compliance, and delivering outstanding customer service. The hourly rate is $19.89/hour. The work schedule is Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 4 PM.

Responsibilities
- Process enrollment files and applications with accuracy
- Make outbound calls to gather missing information from members
- Review data for discrepancies and ensure compliance
- Resolve address issues and investigate coverage gaps
- Support team members during peak periods and cross-train as needed
- Provide excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders
Credentials
- High School diploma or GED required
Required Skills and Experience
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational skills and time management
- Ability to work independently and demonstrate resilience in a deadline-driven setting
Work Environment
- Fully remote with company-provided equipment including a laptop, two monitors, headset, keyboard, and mouse
- Internet connection must be via LAN port; WiFi is not sufficient
- Quiet, private workspace required; must ensure no overhearing distractions
- Able to connect directly to home router with an ethernet cable
