What are the responsibilities and job description for the Help Line Representative position at ProPivotal?

Key Details:
- On-site training in Framingham, MA
- Shift/Schedule vary but we will work with you to find a shift that meets your best preferences
- Pay: $22/hour
- Take calls from individuals facing emotional distress or crisis
- Listen actively, show empathy, and remain calm during intense conversations
- Help de-escalate high-stress situations and contact emergency services when needed
- At least 1 year of experience in a call center role, handling inbound calls
- Must have a windows PC for any work-from-home shifts
- Proficient with Google Chrome and the Microsoft Office Suite
Nice to Have:
- Previous experience in mental health, crisis, or support setting
- Familiarity with de-escalation or counseling techniques
- Any supervisory or management experience in a call center environment
