Healthcare Call Center Representative
The Healthcare Call Center Representative assists healthcare providers—including doctors, hospitals, and pharmacies—with prescription approvals for insured patients. The role starts with processing inbound faxes to verify prescription information and progresses to handling provider inquiries via phone in a call center environment.

- Maintain professionalism and clear communication while assisting providers
- Ensure accuracy by following structured processes and reviewing member information for discrepancies
- 6 months of customer service experience in healthcare, pharmacy, or insurance-related customer service roles
- Strong verbal communication skills to interact professionally with healthcare providers
- High attention to detail for verifying prescription and patient information accurately
- Ability to attend on-site training just south of Boston, MA in Hingham, MA
