Requirements:
- Proven recruiting or sales experience within Financial Services
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Finance, Human Resources, or a related field
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage with corporate partners effectively
- Ability to research and identify potential finance organizations interested in internships and full-time roles
- Excellent organizational skills to coordinate employer engagement activities, including presentations, coffee chats, and networking events
- Comfort working in a hybrid setting, with at least two days on campus, and a schedule starting at 9 am
- Prior experience working in or with investment banking, asset management, hedge funds, private equity, venture capital, or consulting firms
- Familiarity with event planning and employer outreach strategies
- Multilingual abilities or international experience to engage with global firms
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Previous experience in recruiting, employer relations, or business development within financial services
Salary : $30 - $40
