Retirement Home Director of Nursing (DON)Skills & Qualifications:- Registered Nurse (RN) license with active/current standing in Massachusetts- Minimum 3 years long-term care experience- 2 years in a supervisory role which can include previous DON, Charge Nurse, or Unit Manager experience- Experience with geriatric care and multi-shift nursing leadership with a belief in providing the highest quality of living and health care services to senior residents- Must be comfortable commuting to Wrentham, MA Monday-FridayInformation: - Setting: 41-bed retirement home- Pay Rate: up to $130,000 per year- Full-time, Monday–Friday schedule 9am-5pm- Great benefits package and employee appreciation programsResponsibilities:- Lead and supervise all nursing staff- Oversee resident care, including assessments, admissions appropriateness, documentation, and incident management- Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements- Support facility operations, including governance, policy updates, and staff hiring processes- Serve as a point of contact for families, tours, and admissions-related discussions once fully onboarded Company DescriptionSince 1996, ProPivotal has been committed to excellence in staffing services.
