- Base pay range of $140,000 $155,000
- Bonus eligibility of approximately 20% based on qualifying factors

- Leading quarterly consolidations and multi-entity reporting
- Preparing and reviewing of consolidated financial statements, audits, and disclosures
- Supporting real estate investment accounting and fair value considerations across the portfolio
- Driving automation and process improvements
Who the company is looking for:- Someone with experience with consolidations and fair-market value accounting
- Someone comfortable with complex tax structures and packages
- Someone with proficiency with Yardi Investment Manager
- Someone who is willing to speak up and drive change processes, not just ok with the status quoRequired Experience needed for consideration:
- 5 7 years of relevant corporate accounting experience with some exposure to real estate accounting
- Must have a bachelors degree in accounting or finance
- Proven experience with consolidation accounting, equity method accounting, partnership structures, ASC 946
- Strong proficiency with Yardi or Yardi IM is highly preferred
