Requirements
- Build and maintain integrations between Salesforce and internal/external systems
- Collaborate with Salesforce Administrators to design and implement integration solutions
- Develop and configure API-based, event-driven, and batch integrations
- Support teal-time and scheduled data synchronization processes
- Monitor integration utilization, performance, and proactively troubleshoot issues
- Identify root causes of integration failures and implement long-term fixes
- Document integration logic, workflows, system dependencies, and data mappings
- Identify opportunities to improve automation and eliminate manual processes
- Continuously learn and adopt integration best practices and emerging technologies
- Experience with APIs (REST/SOAP)
- Understanding of data structures (JSON, XML)
- Experience working with Salesforce or other CRM platform
- Exposure to integration platforms (Mulesoft, Zapier, Workato, Boomi, Power Automate)
