Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Desktop Support Technician / IT Support Engineer to provide on-site technical support in Chelmsford, MA. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in hardware troubleshooting, software support, end-user assistance, and IT service delivery.
This role requires excellent problem-solving skills, customer service orientation, and the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently across a wide range of devices and systems.

- Diagnose and resolve computer hardware issues involving:
- Laptops
- Desktops
- Servers
- Network switches
- Mobile devices
- Printers
- Copiers
- Plotters
- Video conferencing equipment
- Perform repair, replacement, and upgrades of hardware components and systems
- Provide support for:
- Windows Operating System
- Microsoft Office Suite
- Office 365
- iOS devices
- Mobile devices
- Virtual Machine (VM) tools
- Install, configure, upgrade, and troubleshoot hardware and software systems
- Demonstrate strong analytical and detective-like troubleshooting skills to identify root causes and resolve technical problems
- Deliver high-quality IT customer support and ensure timely issue resolution
- Utilize and manage ticketing systems, knowledge base tools, and standard IT service delivery processes
- Maintain a strong focus on customer service, communication, and end-user satisfaction
Required Qualifications:
- Hands-on experience in desktop support / IT support / field support
- Strong knowledge of computer hardware and peripherals
- Experience with Windows OS, Office 365, and mobile device support
- Familiarity with ITSM / ticketing tools and support documentation systems
- Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and customer-facing skills
- Ability to work independently in an on-site support environment
Pay: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40.0 per week
