SAP Hybris Technical Developer
Experience: Minimum 12 years in enterprise software development, including at least 8 years of hands-on experience with SAP Commerce Cloud (Hybris).
Required Skills & Expertise
Core Technologies:
- Strong proficiency in Java/J2EE and Spring Framework (Spring Core, Spring MVC, Spring Security).
- SAP Commerce Cloud (Hybris):
- Expertise in B2C Accelerator.
- Experience with OCC (Omni Commerce Connect) APIs and Headless Commerce architectures.
- Customization and extension of the platform (e.g., ImpEx, FlexibleSearch, ServiceLayer).
- Integration:
- Proven experience integrating SAP Commerce with third-party services using REST/SOAP APIs, Data Hub, or SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI).
Search Optimization:
- Hands-on experience with Solr search engine integration and optimization.
Required Technical Screening
- Hands-on Java & Spring experience
- Provide a small code snippet with bugs and ask the candidate to run, debug, and fix it.
- REST API services
- Validate understanding of REST design, HTTP methods/status codes, and implementation basics.
- JUnit & Integration Testing
- Assess unit testing fundamentals and integration testing approach.
- Developer should write the functional test
- Hybris knowledge
- Confirm relevant experience with SAP Commerce (Hybris) concepts and implementation exposure.
