What You’ll Do
- Be the first point of contact for staff, clients, and visitors
- Handle calls, emails, scheduling, and general office correspondence
- Keep office supplies stocked and systems organized
- Assist with bookkeeping tasks, invoices, and recordkeeping
- Support staff with scheduling
- Help prepare real estate valuation reports
What We’re Looking For
- Prior office administration or related experience
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication—both written and verbal
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
