What are the responsibilities and job description for the Condominium Security Guard position at Property One, Inc.?
Experienced part-time unarmed Security Officer needed for Luxury Condominiums Complex that is team-oriented and able to work a minimum of 3 days a week, at times possibly more to help cover vacation time and call-outs. The applicant must be dependable, flexible to work a shift schedule, shifts are 7a- 3p, 3p-11p, and 11p-7a. Applicant must have security or related experience, a valid driver’s license or state-issued identification, and pass a criminal background check and drug screening. The applicant must be able to stand for long periods and be prepared to do a reasonable amount of walking to patrol the building, along with basic reading, writing skills, and computer knowledge.
The selected candidate will be required:
- Assisting residents and guests.
- Follow and give directions
- Handle incidents and complete reports.
- Inspections of the building.
- Respond to fire, and smoke alarms.
- Work holidays, weekends, Mardi Gras, and severe storms.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $15.50 per hour; with a 90 day review.
