Property Management firm is looking for a Porter /Maintenance Technician.
Job responsibilities include:
- Picking up the grounds of the property
- Cleaning laundry rooms, and pools.
Candidates must be HIGH ENERGY, positive, team-oriented, have a professional appearance, be highly detailed, performance driven, organized, excellent customer service skills, able to manage and organize multiple projects.
Candidates must have a minimum some/basic maintenance experience.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
