We have opportunities at various apartment communities in Charlotte, NC area- looking for Groundskeepers!!Job Title: Apartment GroundskeeperHours: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm or 8:30am-5:30pmPay Rate: $16-$17/hrJob Duties:Groundskeepers are responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the property. Job duties include but are not limited to:1. General cleaning (mopping, dusting, sweeping etc.,)2. Provide basic janitorial duties including but not limited to ensuring bathroom cleanliness and trash pick-up throughout the property4. Maintaining curb appeal (curbs, parking lots and sidewalks included);5. Maintain cleanliness of Streets, Pool, Laundry Rooms, and Play area;6. Maintain cleanliness of the area surrounding the Leasing Office.7.
