What You Bring
- 3 to 5 years of full-time general maintenance experience, or an equivalent combination with trade school training
- EPA 608 certification (Core, Type I, II, and III) required
- CPO certification, or a genuine commitment to obtaining it within six months
- Comfort with building automation systems, CMMS platforms (Scion uses Entrata), and digital control systems
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel periodically
- Physical capacity to stand for extended shifts and lift up to 100 lbs.
