- Remove litter, debris, and pet waste from all exterior areas throughout the day on a continuous rotation
- Handle trash and recycling removal on schedule, including interior office areas and property waste stations
- Check and log pool chemical levels daily, vacuum pools weekly, and keep pool equipment in safe working order
- Inspect and clean grills regularly, including timers and knobs, to make sure everything functions safely
- Support the Maintenance Supervisor and Property Manager with general labor tasks and upkeep as needed
What You Bring
- At least one year of general labor experience. Multifamily background is a plus but not required
- High school diploma or equivalent, preferred
- Comfort using hand tools, cleaning equipment, and general maintenance supplies
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work more than 40 hours per week when the property needs it
- Solid time management and the discipline to self-direct through a full shift
- Basic verbal and written communication skills
