What You Bring
- Prior property management experience, with a preference for site-level leadership
- Strong comfort with financial records, budgets, and percentage-based reporting
- Proficiency in Entrata or comparable property management software
- Clear written and verbal communication skills, including lease document comprehension
- A valid driver's license (on-site golf cart use is part of the job)
- Flexibility with schedule and consistent availability outside core hours, except during approved time off
- High school diploma or equivalent; state or local licensing as required
