The role sits at the intersection of financial oversight and resident relations. You'll manage rent collection and ensure all deposits hit before bank close each day, maintain accurate resident files, and step in for the Business Manager during absences. That dual-site setup means your Business Manager may not always be on property, so your ability to operate independently carries real weight here.
Leasing support is part of the job. When traffic picks up or the leasing team needs backup, you'll show units and contribute to retention efforts and community events. You'll also inspect make-ready apartments before move-ins, assess move-out conditions, and ensure final account statements go out promptly. If a liability claim or legal complaint surfaces, you'll route it to the right people quickly and cleanly.
Albuquerque's rental market has seen meaningful population and employment growth over the past few years, with several new Class A communities coming online in the metro. Staying current on nearby retail activity, hiring trends, and new construction isn't just a box to check here. What Olympus Is Looking For
Pay runs $20.00 to $23.00 per hour depending on experience, plus monthly renewal and quarterly bonus incentives. What Olympus Is Looking For
- Prior onsite experience as an Assistant Manager or a cross-trained Leasing Consultant
- Comfort managing financial records, collections, and daily deposits with accuracy
- Experience with RealPage, Knock, or Onesite (strongly preferred)
- Availability Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM, with flexibility for resident events and the first weekend of each month
- Ability to support a dual-site Business Manager structure
