What You Bring
- Prior experience as a maintenance or service technician in a residential or similar setting
- Working knowledge of electrical systems, enough to diagnose problems and handle minor repairs safely
- General mechanical skills covering plumbing, appliances, fixtures, and building systems
- HVAC certification, CMRP, or equivalent credential (preferred but not a hard stop)
- Ability to lift up to 70 pounds unassisted and stay on your feet for extended shifts
